6 months ago I found myself with intense lower back pain and a bulging disc - the result of a combination of moving from 12 years as a paramedic to a desk job, lots of running, 2 kids and loss of core strength. My chiropractor referred me to Mandy. I can not recommend Mandy highly enough. One on one sessions have made such a difference. My posture has improved, my core strength is returning and I've discovered long forgotten muscles. I've built a repertoire of exercises to do at home and my running has improved. Sensational weekend!! Mandy and Leah you have outdone yourself. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing weekend. I have loved every bit of it. Wow! Blown away by how calm and peaceful I feel so quickly after leaving Sydney. The place is idyllic and a chance to connect with nature. The classes have stretched me and allowed me to slow down away from my busy life, without the guilt. ‘What a great idea to offer regular exercise without leaving your office side. I’m not a big fan of gym and constantly struggle to find time to exercise on my own with job and family taking over as priority.
