Join us as we embark on a 90 minute journey of total flow…
Chinese medicine teaches the importance of balancing our lives with the yang and yin, the sun and the moon, the strength and the stillness. It’s not always easy bringing this concept into our busy lives, but there is so much value in appreciating both power and peace within your body.
This session is designed to do exactly that.
We’ll float on paddleboards in the stunning Manly Harbour as we move through a fun and challenging pilates workout with Mandy from Flo Wellbeing to tone and balance the strength in our bodies. We’ll end with a dreamy, gentle, yin yoga session with Mel from flow mOcean to sooth the body and calm the mind.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter and revitalised through every cell. The ocean has a special way of showing us how to find our flow again…
