Pilates should not only be confined to your pilates sessions…

The principles of good posture and movement should be with you at all times – even in the office!

Here’s a combo snap shot I put together to give you 3 moves to help release that lower back ache and stiffness that my clients in corporate roles usually suffer from. To mobilise and strengthen your spine

Top Left – Side Twist -Sitting in tall posture. Keep arms lengthened – initiate from the head & rotate spine to 1 side. Keep the pelvis stable and return back using your core muscles to pull you rather than swinging arms

Bottom left – Keep head in line and don’t drop too far back. Think of lifting up from your ribcage to feel a full release extension in spine

Right – Roll Forward – Initiate with head to flex spine forward. Switch on your core muscles to re -stack spine on way back
