Why mindfulness and awareness?

Research shows that by cultivating mindfulness and awareness we can:

Our tailored, individual mindfulness sessions are a great way to raise awareness on particular subject points and create an appetite for the education.

Our 4 week mindfulness program will provide the basic education and tools to develop the essentials in a mindfulness meditation practice.

Participating in an eight-week mindfulness program will start making a change in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress. The course is more thorough and covers more topics.

To create a regular mindfulness practice among participants. We suggest tailored refresher sessions after our initial programs. To help address key issues that arise within the group and to really embed into the culture.

Great leadership demands real presence which is what our mindfulness leadership programs focus on extensive research shows that organisations and leaders aren’t meeting employees basic human needs of finding meaning, purpose, connection, and genuine happiness in their work. It shows that the focus should be placed on to people and at the centre of their strategy. To develop managers and executives who lead with three core mental qualities: Mindfulness, Selflessness, and Compassion and these are our drivers in delivery. We encourage private 1:2:1 sessions with leaders and our mindfulness mentors during and after the programs.

All mindfulness sessions are ideally 60 – 90 mins long and include a group meditation practice. Capacity is 40 people. All we require is a quiet room with seating and a white board.
