‘What a great idea to offer regular exercise without leaving your office side. I’m not a big fan of gym and constantly struggle to find time to exercise on my own with job and family taking over as priority. The Flo classes are almost like great takeaway delivered to your doorstep with no excuse to skip it. The level of offered exercises and tempo is well structured and each lesson brings on nice combination of hard work out and relaxation. I’m always looking forward to.
