There are two things that I’m fiercely driven by: achieving results and wellbeing. After 20 years of being in business, I’ve realised we don’t need to choose success over health and happiness. I strongly believe you don’t have to burn out to succeed – I know your business can thrive while you do too, and it’s my mission to show people how.
Being born into a family of entrepreneurs I had the drive for success instilled in me from the get-go. This saw me take on my first business development role at the age of just 16 before completing my degree in International Marketing, specialising in International Branding. From there, I went on to tackle challenging roles across a range of sectors, honing my skills in marketing, brand and events for marketing-leading companies such as Sumo Salad, Wellbeing @ Work Summits and Christie’s. Nothing gives you better insight into business than building your own though, which I did successfully for the past eight years. I built FLO Wellbeing from the ground up – a company delivering corporate wellness programs to national and global companies.
I have unstoppable enthusiasm for being part of the process, bringing out the best in people and driving results. After decades of supporting business owners to analyse the market, identify opportunities and execute growth, it made sense to create FLO Business Wellbeing – a consultancy that helps businesses grow without compromising on wellbeing.

Alex has been working in marketing and communications since the age of 17. Over the last decade or so, she has accumulated a formidable amount of experience across a host of sectors – from fashion and telecommunications, to boutique beer and Swedish furniture.
Having worked at leading agencies such as TBWA, Lavender and Wunderman, Alex has brought countless major campaigns to market. Alex's passion and talent for writing then drew her to Words by Nuance in 2016, where she was able to combine her organisational and creative skills. Since then, she's written for brands such as ING, THE UPSIDE, Daikin, Return to Rio festival and The House with No Steps.
After leaving the Uk in 2002 and heading to Australia Tom found a passion for photography. With a keen eye for detail he secured mentorship from some of the best advertising photographers in the business, bringing him to work on shoots with big agencies and brands such as M&C Saatchi, Havass, McCann and brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Tiger beer, Vodafone, Qantas, Jacobs Creek and McDonalds.
In 2015 he moved back to his passion for travel and his work has become more focused on interiors, architecture, and food and beverage photography. This took him to Asia for a few years and gave him the opportunity to work for some of the largest hotel and restaurant chains within Asia and Australia, such as the Alila, Hyatt, Renaissance and The Accor Group to name a few. He has also had publications in Conde Nast Traveller, Style & Decor, HighEnd Magazine, Luxury Asia, Luxury travel, ELLE Magazine.
