This is a highly supported course with the facilitator available via email to answer any questions; while informative handouts and daily practice tips will guide your employees throughout this learning process.
At the end of the weekly workshop series, your employees can move into regular mindfulness and meditation sessions which are also tailored to the needs of your business and your employees.
